The hammer curl is a basic version of the biceps curl that helps to define and strengthen additional muscles in the upper and lower arm. Helps to strengthen the grip and increase wrist flexibility.

The classic weighted chin-up is another excellent choice for loading up the biceps with heavy weights. This exercise engages the biceps in all three of their functions. Both the shoulder and the elbow are moving, and the forearm is bent away from the body.
The barbell curl is a classic biceps-builder. When performed correctly, this exercise targets the biceps and will help the entire muscle grow in size and strength.
My Diet
First 3 days of week:
Meal: Pork tenderloin slices with roasted garlic potatoes and green beans.
Meal: Protein shake, strawberries, protein balls and almond butter.
Meal: Turkey meatballs, marinara sauce and parmesan cheese over pasta.
Meal: protein shake mixed in banana shake, walnuts, almonds, Olive Oil, peanuts (dry roasted).
